I have a new MakerBot courtesy of the MakerBot Influencers Team. My first Mini was purchased in August 2014 just after the release, it arrived broken and was returned, the second was nothing but trouble and would not print without jamming and MakerBot was unresponsive but we reached an agreement that I get a full refund.
The MakerBot Influencers reached out to me again to see if I was interested in a free printer now they have fixed their problems. Surely enough they sent me another broken printer. They replaced the broken printer with one that didn’t work and now I am waiting on a new extruder.
