Managing Minimum Plays in Youth Football

A good tool to stay on top of the Mandatory Play Rule is important but so is the management. Two techniques I’ve seen used are:

1. Start hard and get a big lead so it doesn’t matter.
2. Defend hard and use the weaker players on offence while the strong defend and then win the game in the final quarter.
